Domestic Orders
USPS is our ideal shipping carrier within the United States. Please allow up to 5-7 business days, not including weekends and holidays for your products to arrive. Once your items have been shipped and received by the post office, tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather, undeliverable/ incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout, mishandling of packages by the carrier or any other occurrences that are out of our control- transportation malfunctions, work strikes, weather conditions etc. Delivery times are estimates, and are not 100% guaranteed. Please note- If for any reason, your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, contact us ASAP at info@amaralashes.com so we can change the address if items have not shipped. We will not be responsible for any item that has already been shipped.
International Orders

Store Policy
Amara lashes are shipped Monday-Friday! For processing, please allow up to 2 business days for processing of orders (48 hours). If order is placed on Friday after 2:00 pm CST, or on weekends/holidays, orders will be processed the following business day. When contacting Amara lashes via email, you can expect a response within 48 business hours.

Return Policy
Due to hygienic purposes, there will be no refunds, exchanges or price adjustments. Amara Lashes that are purchased during a promotion or sale will also be final sale. If for any unlikely reason that products are damaged when received, we will gladly replace these items immediately. Please contact us at info@theamaralashes.com. Please keep all damaged items for inspection in order to receive new products for an exchange.
